Deliverables
WP1: ADVANCED TECHNIQUES FOR GENERATING & UPDATING CBIM GEOMETRY
WP1 focuses on the development of new geometry generation architectures that give rise to a new generation of as-is BIM authoring tools capable of self-generating as-is models on the cloud with minimal user intervention.
WP2: NEW METHODS AND TOOLS FOR CBIM ENRICHMENT
WP2 focuses on enriching the basic geometric CBIM with design, construction and operations data to facilitate building energy performance simulation and facilities management.
WP3: CBIM DATA & PROCESS MANAGEMENT
WP3 provides templates and process patterns to support data capturing, enrichment, and exchange throughout the life-cycle of a project in support of best-practice CBIM business process.
WP4: CBIM APPLICATIONS AND TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER
WP4 develops new applications and investigates how Academic Entrepreneurs (AE) in CBIM refine their business concept and orchestrate their resources, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, during the initial stages of the technology transfer process.
WP5: TRAINING, SUPERVISION AND QUALITY CONTROL
WP5 covers all the activities related to the follow-up of the individual ESR programs as well as the supervision of the overall training performed.
D5.1: CBIM Training Curriculum and Assessment Strategies

The guidelines include;
• Detailed training plan, assessment strategies and quality control mechanisms.
D5.3: Training Activities Report (ESRs' 1st year)
Lead beneficiary: UCL
The guidelines include;
• Annual reports with the progress evaluation of all the engaged ESRs and reports on training activities.
WP6: OUTREACH AND DISSEMINATION ACTIVITIES
WP6 aims at developing all the necessary actions leading to a strong connection between academics and industry, through effective Technology Transfer, and also to create links with the general public.
D6.3: Public Presence of CBIM (Website, Social Media)
Lead beneficiary: TUB
The guidelines include;
• Public presence of CBIM.
WP7: MANAGEMENT OF CBIM
WP7 covers all the administrative management of the network, including budget supervision, relation with the EC, reporting, publication of job offers, administration related to recruitment and general follow-up of the action.
D7.2: 1st year Progress Report
Lead beneficiary: TRDF LTD
The guidelines include;
• CBIM project manual detailing: training network setup and management report, project quality control plan, ethics, consortium agreement.
